What is EFT?

EFT is sometimes referred to as “Psychological Acupressure”. It is a method of tapping on acupressure points while thinking about your problem.  EFT is an amazingly effective way to tap away limiting beliefs and clear old traumas, change behavior patterns, and decrease stress. Think of it as an almost magical way to relieve bad feelings and tap into positive ones.

For releasing emotional weight and healing your relationship with food and your body, EFT is helpful to releasing limiting beliefs about your weight and your body (I’m not lovable at this weight or I’m too old to change now, etc…) and turn your beliefs into possibility thinking (I can learn to be attuned to my body, I choose to be compassionate with myself on this journey, etc…). This is just one of many ways how EFT helps in your journey to a lasting and loving relationship with your body, soul and mind.

In addition to releasing limiting beliefs, EFT can also help with just about every emotional, health, and performance issue you can think of such as: stress, trauma relief, insomnia, depression, anger, grief, sadness, anxiety, self-criticism, phobias, fears, addictions, procrastination, pain management, fatigue, and more.
